Tammy has over 22 years experience as a law clerk and legal assistant.  She obtained her Legal Assistant diploma from Centennial College in 1991.  She began her career  at Sotos, Karvanis  (Toronto, Ontario) as a legal assistant to Tom Karvanis in  Civil Litigation and Family Law.  From 1992 to 2001, she was employed by Mingay & Vereshchak (Markham, Ontario) as a Legal Assistant working in the areas of Civil Litigation, Family Law, as  well as Corporate and Estate law.  In 1996, she obtained her Law Clerk Certificate from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario with Honours.  She continued her employment with Mingay & Vereshchak as the Civil Litigation Law Clerk to Oleh Vereshchak, specializing in motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and disability insurance claims.

From 2001 to 2012, she was employed as a Family Law, Law Clerk with Janet L. Gillespie, Barrister and Solicitor (Unionville, Ontario) until 2012.  Since 2010, she has been Office Manager and Family and Estate Law Clerk with Karen Lindsay-Skynner.

Tammy is an extremely experienced Law Clerk, and is very familiar with the preparation of all Family and Estate Law documentation including preparation of Applications, motions, financial statements, Net Family Property Statements, financial disclosure briefs, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Certificates of Appointment.  She is also a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits.
