ABOUT US

For the last 20 years, Karen Lindsay-Skynner has been practicing Family and Estate law. She is also a Family Mediator accredited by the Ontario Association of Family Mediators and has been a member of the Office of the Children’s Lawyer panel since 2010.  Since 2002, she has been a part-time adjudicator with the Consent and Capacity Board of Ontario.

Ms. Lindsay-Skynner has also been a past Instructor in the Skills and Professional Responsibility Program in the Bar Admission Course at the Law Society of Upper Canada.  She was formerly a Member of Legal Aid Ontario's Area Committee at North York and continues to be a frequent lecturer at programs held by the Osgoode School of Continuing Legal Education,  Legal Aid Ontario, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Institute and the Consent and Capacity Board of Ontario.
